What you're replacing
A 25-person company typically runs an HR system, a CRM and a finance and ops stack, plus whatever holds them together.
~$1,400 /mo
And they don't talk to each other.
$800 /mo
And they're the same system.
The $1,400 is a real figure, not an illustration: it is what published price sheets came to in September 2026 for a representative 25-person stack. See the arithmetic. It excludes one-time onboarding fees — the CRM layer alone charges $1,500 to get started.

Questions
Anyone with an active record — full-time, part-time, and contractors on payroll. Not candidates, and not former employees. The count is what is in your HRIS, so it is not something either of us has to self-report.
You move to the next band pro-rata from the day you cross it, and we tell you before it happens rather than after. Growing inside a band costs nothing — going from twelve people to seventeen does not change your bill.
Yes — ask support and we switch it for you. It is not self-serve, and that is deliberate: a module usually has integration work behind it, so someone here connects it to the systems you already run rather than leaving you to wire it up. There is no charge and no contract change.
Yes — pro-rata, effective immediately. Moving from Start to Run is a change of plan, not a migration: the module you are already on stays exactly as it is and the other two switch on beside it.
You migrate yourself, with importers and documentation we provide. There is no setup fee and no onboarding charge on any self-serve plan — you are not billed $1,500 for the privilege of starting.
On Enterprise, dedicated migration is part of the plan and is scoped and priced with you.
You export it in full, in a standard format, and we delete it on request. For a system of record that is a real question, so it gets a real answer: the export is not a summary, a report or a subset — it is your data.
Published price sheets, checked in September 2026, for a 25-person company running one tool per layer. A representative stack: an HR and payroll system at $250/month, a CRM at $90 per seat per month across five to ten revenue seats, and a finance and ops system at $340/month. That comes to roughly $1,040 at the low end and $1,890 at the high end.
Two things that number leaves out, both in your favour. One-time onboarding fees are excluded — the CRM layer alone charges $1,500 to get started, so year one runs well above the run-rate. And the finance layer's price rose 70% in a single step on 1 August 2026, which is worth knowing before you treat any of these as stable inputs.
We name the categories rather than the vendors on purpose. Naming brands invites a rebuttal and dates the page the moment someone changes their pricing.
The fastest way to judge an operating system is to point it at the systems you already run. Tell us what you use today and we will show you what the move looks like.
