Updates are part of your subscription: new features and improvements simply appear. When something new needs to be set up around you — another module, a new integration, a workflow for your process — we scope it and give you a fixed price before any work starts.

Slack. Where your team asks. Everything also works in the web application.
Claude. The AI runs on your own Claude subscriptions, not on ours. You keep the contract with Anthropic, you see exactly what it costs, and there is no markup from us.

What counts as an active project?

A project that had anything happen on it that month — hours logged, an invoice raised, a client request filed. Closed and dormant projects don't count.

What happens when we grow into the next level?

We tell you before it happens, not after. Adding people never moves you up a plan. A second module takes you from Start to Run.

Can we start with one module?

Yes — that is what Start is for. Begin with the part that hurts most; when you want the next module, we move you to Run and set it up as a follow-on implementation with a fixed price.

Do we pay for every new feature?

No. If it just works, it's included. You only pay when we set something up for you — and you always know the price first.

Why do we need our own Claude subscription?

So the AI works under your contract and your data-handling terms, and you pay the provider directly instead of paying us a margin on it. Everyone who asks in Slack uses their own Claude account, and Monksheets answers with exactly what their role allows.

How long does the implementation take?

It depends on how many modules you start with and how much data comes along. You get a fixed price and a timeline after the first call and the questionnaire.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You get a full copy of your database, and we delete your instance on request.
